Martin Scorsese reunites Robert De Niro and Al Pacino on the big screen

2

Iconic actors team up again

Martin Scorsese returns to big cinema with Al Pacino and Robert De Niro. Undoubtedly, when professionals of this level get down to business, the film will be a success. Known for his crime films, Scorsese decided not to change his style and made a film about the underworld in America after the end of World War II.

For Al Pacino, participation in this kind of films is a common thing, take the same drama "Scarface" or "Donnie Brasco", where the actor played the leader of a criminal group who "took under his wing" a special services officer who was in no hurry to reveal his occupation for obvious reasons. It is worth noting that Pacino still attracts attention in his new works, as he did thirty years ago.

Robert De Niro also boasts a wealth of dramas and good thrillers. In the new film, he perfectly got used to the role of a professional killer who gets into the thick of political squabbles and becomes a key figure in the kidnapping of a well-known public figure. Since the hero of De Niro is shown in different periods of time, graphics specialists had to artificially “rejuvenate" the actor for several decades with the help of special effects.

We decided to recall the brightest pictures of two cult actors so that you can spend the weekend with benefit watching one of them.

Al Pacino:

Donny Brasco (1997)

Pacino played a crime boss who, by coincidence, had to work with undercover agent Joe Pistone, who took the pseudonym Donnie Brasco (Johnny Depp). An excellent crime tape for true connoisseurs of the genre.

"Devil’s Advocate" (1997)

A delightful tandem of Keanu Reeves and Al Pacino. Kevin Lomax (Keanu Reeves) is a successful lawyer who gets into John Milton’s (Al Pacino) large corporation. Milton’s company specializes in protecting the interests of millionaires, which will allow lawyer Lomax to lead a comfortable life with his wife, Mary Ann (Charlize Theron). However, not everything is so simple, because vanity is what will destroy the life of a young lawyer.

Robert De Niro:

"Goodfellas" (1990)

In the story, Henry Hill (Ray Liotta) is an aspiring gangster who commits ruthless murders along with his partners, Jimmy Conway (De Niro) and Tommy DeVito (Joe Pesci). They do not spare anyone on the way to the top of the criminal world.

"Fight" (1995)

Robert De Niro and Al Pacino in one picture. Neil McCauley (De Niro) is the most notorious mobster in Los Angeles. To catch a criminal of this level requires a real professional from the police, who is Vincent Hannah (Al Pacino). And you can find out who will win this fight by devoting a free evening to the film.
