Just a few hours ago, Warner Bros. presented the first teaser of the new superhero film "The Batman" (The Batman), the main role in which went to Robert Pattinson. The film, directed by Matt Reeves, began filming in London just over a month ago, so this is the first exclusive footage of Pattinson as a young Bruce Wayne.
In the short video, we see only the hero Pattinson slowly approaching the camera from the darkness, dressed in a mask and a Dark Knight costume made of thick armor. The actors who also star in the film (Zoe Kravitz, Colin Farrell, Peter Skarsgaard and others) do not appear in the teaser.
Little is known about the new painting. So, the film will be a "reboot" of all previous Batman films, and it will show the story of the formation of a superhero. The director of the picture in an interview clarified that "the film will show a noir, detective version of Batman with a strong emphasis on his vision of the world."
The film is slated for a worldwide release on June 24, 2021.

Ben Affleck was originally supposed to return to the role of Batman, but in January 2019 it was announced that the actor would not star in the film. A few months later, it became known that Robert Pattinson would play the main character in the new Batman. Even then, this news caused controversy on the network – many felt that Pattinson could not play Batman better than Affleck.
The release of the teaser only added fuel to the fire – a large number of memes have already appeared on Twitter comparing Pattinson and Affleck. Moreover, this comparison is not at all in favor of the first. So, many netizens called Robert in the image of Batman a cosplay for Affleck in a superhero role:
