New streaming platform Peacock has released teasers for its first projects, including Brave New World, starring Demi Moore, Alden Ehrenreich, Jessica Brown Findlay, Harry Lloyd and more.
The television project is based on the dystopia of the English writer Aldous Huxley "Brave New World" and tells about a world controlled by a single political force that manipulates children from their very birth, dictating behavior patterns. Each person is assigned a certain position in the caste society. People are born artificially, and under the influence of drugs and psychological manipulations, they learn to give up emotions. Monogamy, family, money and privacy are outlawed in this world.
Demi Moore in the series got the role of Linda, the brave and hardworking mother of the protagonist John (he is played by Alden Ehrenreich). Her heroine tells her son that she wants him to experience human emotions that are not available to the citizens of London of the future. And judging by the first frames of the series, the actress will appear on the screen in a completely new look.
The first season of Brave New World will premiere this year.
