Many successful people who are already over 30 believe that it is completely undignified to sit down at a desk again. However, there are others who are sure that it is never too late to learn, and if they have free time, they try to learn something new and informative for themselves. And they are right, because at this age you can still learn something.

The question arises, what pushes you to take this step, and what exactly do you want to learn. In most cases, this is a necessity. For example, receiving additional education may be associated with your main activity. Sometimes professional psychologists resort to this method. In order to engage in practical activities, for example, medical knowledge may be required.

Whatever self-motivation you have, it deserves respect. If studying can somehow affect your situation, including financial, then why not? However, if you are constantly on the lookout and graduate from one course to another, they definitely do not increase your capital, but only make a hole in your finances.

Psychologists say that such people are not inclined to see the main goal in obtaining knowledge or making money.

By attending alternately one or the other courses, they try to find friends on them. There is a lot of motivation for such people. For example, a new boyfriend who loves homemade borscht can force you to go to culinary courses. Thus, a person thinks that he will please his beloved and find new friends. At the same time, in such classes, you can also have fun.

The problem that lurks in such behavior is the incompleteness of what has been started. From the moment the difficulties in learning begin, which, unfortunately, exist when mastering any business, a person most often simply stops going to classes. He is not ready to overcome difficulties, because initially he was not aimed at serious training.

What keeps people from getting additional education

Difficulty 1. Having left adolescence, a person inevitably faces difficulties. He has obligations. As a rule, at the age of 30-40, the main forces go to work, and the rest of the time a person tries to devote as much as possible to his family. And where can I find them for additional education? This, in fact, should be at the expense of family or vacation. And this is still very difficult for most of us.

Difficulty 2. No matter how well you study, you still won’t succeed. And this is most often painful for an adult. Resentment is especially acute when the teacher is a person half your age. Sometimes you may want to drop everything and leave with dignity.

• It is important to remember that all people have the right to make mistakes. Sometimes you will have to forget or not understand something even more often than students studying next to you. But don’t compare yourself to them. Think about how excited you will be at the end of the training and how you will surprise your loved ones.

• There is a small training that psychologists advise. When you feel a little stupid again about not being able to do something, try saying to yourself mentally: Nobody cares! No one cares whether you disgrace yourself or not. And indeed it is! Take a look at the people nearby! They are all preoccupied exclusively with themselves, and your fear is a purely personal feeling.
