The very process of shopping, special attention from the attendants, a wide selection of beautiful outfits and various accessories, the opportunity to replenish the wardrobe and become even more beautiful – all this raises a woman’s self-esteem, greatly improves her mood. Psychologists confirm that shopping is one of the most effective ways to combat depression.

Scientific experiments have shown that when women buy things they like, the production of serotonin, which is called the hormone of happiness, increases several times.

Shopping really helps in the fight against depression. But if you try to make him a permanent assistant in the fight against stressful situations, then you can make a new trouble – dependence on shopping. A woman becomes a shopaholic: she does not experience the same joy from the process of buying, but she can no longer not buy. Constantly under stress and remembering the euphoria she once experienced in the store, she goes there again and again, but instead of joy, she gets disappointed. The scheme ceases to operate, it becomes a pity for wasted money. A pile of unnecessary things flooding the apartment begins to annoy, which only increases depression. In this case, the only right way is to seek help from a psychologist.

At the same time, if rare short-term outbursts of bad mood quickly disappear when you buy something you like, shopping can be a good way for you to relax and find peace of mind.

What if the purpose of the relationship is something unconditional for which both the man and the woman could take responsibility? What if this is… the practice of love? Love is what is within us; something for which we are responsible in both good and bad times. Love allows us to focus on our own efforts and responsibilities, as well as to notice the advantages of our partner. Too many people focus on taking something from the relationship. But, for a harmonious relationship, you need to give, take responsibility for your happiness, and then “invest" it in others.
