Get out of the house for a walk. If the weather permits, take up winter sports such as skiing, skating or playing snowballs with the kids. Try not to think about the upcoming working day, use the last hours of rest to the fullest.

At the beginning of the year, many feel a little overwhelmed, the "Monday Syndrome" is triggered – the feeling that there is a long difficult road ahead. Do not try to suppress this feeling, it will pass by itself as soon as you enter the working rhythm.

In the service, do not immediately grab on to complex cases, which, perhaps, have accumulated a lot. Start by checking your email, then make a plan for the week. Let the first working day be minimally loaded. You are just taking acceleration, do not make sudden movements.

Do not be upset because the holidays are over, focus on the upcoming weekdays. You can start planning your summer vacation very soon, and it’s worth working hard for it.
